Prior to coming north, I was stressed and went to Moksha yoga a few times. I decided that I would try to practice yoga regularly and brought my yoga mat up north. Over the past month, I’ve been slacking.
Luckily, I finally found a video of a Moksha yoga class on YouTube (part 1, part 2, part 3). I put on my shorts and sports bra, cranked up the heat in my room and got back into it! I only managed to get through half an hour of it but I’m going to try to do a minimum one 45-minute session a week.
