Making Hummus

When I cook something that’s time-consuming, I usually set aside a small batch to make another dish. So with the leftover chickpeas from the chana I made last week, I decided to puree it. J. actually liked my hummus* and we ate it with carrot sticks.

This photo was from a few days ago, before our internet was set up. Funny how productive you can be when you go offline!
