New Recipe: 된장찌개

Today, I made my first attempt at 된장찌개, otherwise known as doenjang jjigae. I followed this recipe, opting out of the shrimp to make it vegan. There’s potato, white onion, green onion, a few red chillies, red pepper flakes, a zucchini and some sliced mushrooms.

A fairly easy recipe!
