I suck at making dosas. They always turn out too thick.
So when I saw Asian Pear’s uttapams, I decided to give it a go and use my dosa mix for that instead. I sliced some zucchinis, threw on tomatoes, white onions and dried cilantro. Unfortunately, I didn’t have sambar to enhance the flavour, as this video suggests.
J. thought it was a bit bland, but I liked it. It makes a great snack or a light meal that’s easy on the stomach. I’ll definitely be making this again, since I have two more bags of dosa mix.
