As I was driving back to Waskaganish last night, I was rubbing my arm and felt a bulge in my bicep!
I flexed it and felt “a little mouse”, a Chinese phrase that my mom liked to use to refer to muscle. When I got home, I flexed and looked at myself in the mirror. There was a lot of change in the my arms and shoulders during the last four weeks and I didn’t even realize it! I wasn’t actively doing push-ups or planks; I was only practicing inversions and occasionally doing makarasana.
It was definitely a great surprise to see some progress!
