Vrschikasana #1

I haven’t been looking far enough forward in pincha mayurasana, which was causing my back to collapse. Naturally, this would roll into wheel pose, but I’m not ready for that yet. In the end, just lifting my gaze forward made a huge difference! It’s amazing how one small change can shift your entire practice.

I also decided to try out scorpion pose, or vrschikasana, too. Here is my first shot!
