I was making multiple attempts at astakavrasana, but had no luck lifting my butt off the ground. It was frustrating and this is my ‘wall’ right now.
So I decided to switch tactics and give baby bakasana ago instead. It was surprisingly easy to get into, and a lot easier than crow, but I need to work on lifting my head further off the ground (my nose is almost touching). It’s also amazing how much core is required, so getting up for mini 10-minute workouts via CodyApp is going well!
