Hitting the Squat Rack

Finally made it out on Sunday to the squat rack. I warmed up with Krissy Cagney’s Beginner Strength plan. For the past two days I’ve been a wee bit sore, so I know I made some gains!

Glad I made it, since I’ve been procrastinating on this for several months now.
