Did a Mackenzie Miller backbend class and then played around with handstands afterwards. Here is a vide of my best single knee tuck ever!
I’ve never found a sense of balance like this before, so it was definitely a breakthrough for me, even if it were only a couple of seconds! You can compare it to this previous attempt.
Watching this clip, I can see how well my shoulders are stacked. It felt awesome! My shoulders got tired though – I’ve likely lost some shoulder strength in the past month due to inconsistent practice – so I wasn’t able to replicate this.
Plus the landscaper came by and suddenly I felt awkward to be there …
