More Audiobooks

This morning, I saw that there’s a 3-for-2 sale on Audible! The selection is pretty goo, so I bought Gulp by Mary Roach, Flowers for Algernon* and Civilization by Niall Ferguson.

Right now I’m in the middle of Let’s Explore Diabetes with Owls, by David Sedaris. Not my usual pick, but I thought I’d try something new. It’s entertaining but not consistent between all the pieces. The essay I enjoyed the most is on using the Pimsleur program to learn languages while on the road.

Struggled to finish Little Princes. This review on GoodReads hits it on the nail why and has me cringing as I think what the future of reading would look like if all the authors were whiny, self-centred Gen-Yers.

*Somewhat ashamed that I still have not read this book.
