Shockingly it’s been 2 months since we’ve done deadlifts. I’ve been away a lot during the weekends and we’d only done one squat workout in between. Finally squeezed it in on a Sunday night last weekend.
I pulled out my Harbinger wrist wraps, which I haven’t touched since I bought them 6 years ago while working with a personal trainer at GoodLife. Sumos at 95 lbs felt good! I could easily add more weight next time.
